Sara Palmer (pronouns she/her) started her improv career 8 years ago in the United States. Sara has experience in improvisation theater with countless performances and festivals both in the United States and abroad. Sara has studied improvisation at the Torch Theater in Phoenix, as well as under the directing of many of the best improv teachers in the field. In addition, Sara has coached several Harold Teams (long form improv) and taught creative writing. On top of improvising, Sara is also an experienced writer and storyteller. Outside of the world of impro, Sara has 15 years of high level management experience.
Sara Palmer aloitti improuransa 8 vuotta sitten Yhdysvalloissa, mistä hän on kotoisin. Saralla on kokemusta improvisaatioteatterista lukemattomien esitysten ja festivaalien muodossa. Oppinsa Sara on saanut Torch-teatterin kasvattina Phoenixissä sekä niin ikään monien alan huippujen opetuksessa. Lisäksi Sara on koutsannut useita Harold-tiimejä (Amerikkalainen hyvin suosittu pitkän impron muoto) ja opettanut luovaa kirjoittamista. Sara on myös kokenut kirjailija ja tarinankertoja, tämä tausta näkyy sekä opetuksessa että lavalla. Impromaailman ulkopuolella Saralla on 15 vuoden kokemus johtamis- ja hallintotehtävistä.
Kaisa Kokko-Palmer (pronouns she/her) has improvised for nearly two decades, both in Finland and around the world. Kaisa and Sara founded Impro Helsinki together in 2018. Kaisa has masters in education and has studied Improvisational theater under the guidance of dozens of leading professionals such as Keith Johnston, Randy Dixon and Rama Nicholas, both abroad and in Finland. She has graduated from iO Chicago and has traveled around the world teaching, performing and constantly learning new things about the world of improvisation. Kaisa has a masters degree in Education.
Kaisa Kokko-Palmer (KM) on improvisoinut lähes parikymmentä vuotta sekä Suomessa että ympäri maailmaa. Kaisa ja Sara perustivat Suomen impro-opiston, sittemmin Impro Helsingin yhdessä vuonna 2018. Improvisaatioteatteria Kaisa on opiskellut kymmenien alan johtavien ammattilaisten johdolla (esim. Keith Johnstone, Randy Dixon ja Rama Nicholas), niin ulkomailla kuin Suomessakin. Kaisa on valmistunut iO Chicagosta ja kiertänyt ympäri maailmaa opettamassa, esiintymässä ja oppimassa uutta improvisaation maailmasta.
